How is my Della purchase packaged?

All our jewellery is beautifully packaged in a satin drawstring bag and sturdy box accompanied by care instructions. It is suitable for sending as a gift directly to a friend or as a special treat just for you.

Sizing of Della Jewellery:

Please take note of measurements/size of your purchase so as not to be disappointed when your parcel arrives. Measurements are shown in the product descriptions on our Product Pages.

Della Shipping Information:

Our parcels are delivered within South Africa to a physical address. If you are located within the major centres then delivery will be 2 to 3 working days. Should you be located in a ‘grey area’ or outlying area please allow 3 to 4 working days delivery time.

VAT:

  • Prices includes 15% VAT.

Does Della ship internationally?

At present we don’t offer international delivery, but we will be adding it to our offering via DHL.

Can I return my parcel?

We hope that you will be satisfied with all our jewellery pieces, but in the unlikely event that there is an issue with an item i.e.: manufacture fault – you may return it, in its original packaging for our account, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of purchase. We will gladly send a replacement as no refunds will be given.

Where are the Della products stocked besides online?

Unison Flanders Boutique Mall, Mount Edgecombe (for Sandals only)

By appointment in Estate 1 within Mount Edgecombe, Durban.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Does Della offer custom designed products?

We don’t offer alternative designs to those stocked in our online shop.

I am interested in stocking Della within my store, who do I chat to?

You are welcome to contact us via email / info@della.co.za with details and photos of your shop and we will get back to you. Please include any useful information regarding your business as well as location.

How are my Shoes/Sandals packaged?

Each pair of shoes/sandals are wrapped in tissue paper and in a shoe box and packed in a flyer.

Leather

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the leather is as per the provided imagery, leather by nature contains variances and imperfections in both texture, colour and appearance. These are not flaws, its there only to enhance the unique look and feel of your pair of sandals and is not the basis of a return.

Conversion & Measurement Chart

Della Sandals are true to size, so if you normally take a size 4, then in most cases you will be a 4. If you are uncertain regarding your size, stand flat footed and make a mark at the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Measure the distance between these 2 points.

Returns / Defective Products

Should you receive a faulty pair of shoes, email us within 5 working days and we will gladly replace them – delivery fee for Della’s account.
We do not refund items unless it is a manufacturers fault. You can exchange your pair of shoes.
You ordered the wrong size? Email us within 5 working days – you will be responsible for the collection and redelivery of your parcel.
